Objectives
The Marketing Intern (Social Media & Employer Branding) will support the Marketing and HR teams in creating engaging content and strengthening the brand presence of HeySheep. This role focuses on social media content, internal communications (IC), and employer branding (EB), helping showcase the company’s products, culture, and activities while gaining hands-on marketing experience.
What you will do
Support in brainstorming ideas and creating content for HeySheep’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
Contribute to content related to: Products & technology, Company culture, Internal activities.
Collaborate with the Design team to produce visuals, videos, and other creative content.
Support the HR team in implementing internal communication activities.
Assist in developing content ideas for: Company events, Team activities, Employee recognition initiatives.
Help execute internal programs that promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
Work with the HR team to create recruitment-related content for social media and job platforms.
Contribute to building the Life at HeySheep brand image.
Support communication activities related to recruitment campaigns and onboarding.
What we're looking for
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest and aptitude in content creation, social media, and corporate marketing is expected.
Good English communication and writing skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a strong sense of ownership.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation, research, and productivity.
Ability to collaborate with different teams in a dynamic environment at HeySheep.
