Overview
TalentTime is a recruitment platform that connects recruiters with the most suitable candidates through intelligent matching and verified profiles. The system supports five user roles—admin, worker, individual customer, employer, and agency—with tailored onboarding and admin-led verification processes. Workers’ skills and experience are validated through video submissions, ensuring reliability. Recruiters can post jobs, receive proposals, or proactively invite candidates, while the platform enhances commitment through a partial fee mechanism. All workflows are built with strong security and comply with government and IPA regulations.
What We Did
We develop and enhance core features for five user roles, including admin, worker, individual customer, employer, and agency. The platform supports user management and tailored onboarding flows for each role, with verification steps handled by admins. Workers’ skills and experience are thoroughly validated by the system through submitted video overviews and detailed descriptions. Recruiters can create job postings with specific requirements, and the system intelligently filters and suggests a list of potential candidates. Recruiters receive proposals from workers who apply after identifying suitable jobs, or they can proactively invite candidates. Additionally, the platform implements a fee mechanism for candidates to improve commitment, authenticity, and overall interview quality.
