Overview
ATS initiated a strategic pivot to consolidate their business operations within the Microsoft Cloud environment. The primary challenge was to migrate high-volume, mission-critical data from Salesforce to Dynamics 365 without business interruption. HeySheep was tasked with architecting a solution that not only replicated existing Salesforce functionalities but also optimized them using the advanced capabilities of the Power Platform to improve user adoption and reduce long-term TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
What We Did
HeySheep (HS) Team provided a comprehensive suite of technical and advisory services: - Legacy Migration (Salesforce to D365): Executed a robust ETL strategy to migrate Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities, ensuring 100% data integrity and relational mapping within the Dataverse. - Custom Sales Logic & BPF: Designed and implemented bespoke Business Process Flows (BPF) tailored to ATS's unique sales cycle, ensuring a standardized path from Lead to Contract. - Automated Approval Orchestration: Developed a complex approval engine using Power Automate and Custom C# Plugins to handle multi-level financial and discount approvals. - UX/UI Customization: Leveraged JavaScript (Client-side) and Power Apps components to create a streamlined interface, reducing clicks and improving the overall efficiency for the sales team. - System Integration: Ensured the new CRM environment integrated seamlessly with ATS’s existing Microsoft 365 stack for enhanced collaboration.
