Overview

The Field Ops platform enables users to create and manage jobs, assign tasks to field workers, track progress in real time, and submit reports after job completion. It focuses on improving operational efficiency, transparency, and communication between teams.

What We Did

Designed and developed the web-based job management system, including job creation, task assignment, and tracking workflows. Built dashboards for real-time monitoring, reporting, and analytics. Improved UI/UX for admin and client users, integrated backend services, and ensured scalability and system reliability.
