HeySheep is a Singapore-headquartered software and AI engineering company with an R&D engineering centre in Da Nang, Vietnam. We build custom software, automate manual business processes with AI, help businesses get found on search engines and AI assistants, and make our own products: Collie, the AI at the centre, and the Hey family — HeyDocs, HeyInvoice, HeyShop and HeyPOS. Since a 2026 management buyout led by Founder & CTO Mark Nguyen, who spent four years securing banking apps across Asia-Pacific, HeySheep has been moving from services to products: AI that removes manual work, built with bank-grade security.
Our story
From an engineering partner to products you can trust.
HeySheep began in Singapore in 2020 as an engineering partner for local businesses. It grew into one team across two countries, with its own R&D centre in Da Nang and more than 66 projects shipped.
In 2026, Founder & CTO Mark Nguyen led a management buyout and set a new course: from services to products. He brought two careers with him. First, years engineering the commerce, payment and ERP systems where orders, invoices and stock fall between the cracks. Then four years securing banking apps for banks, regulators and government agencies across Asia-Pacific.
That is the HeySheep you work with today: AI that removes manual work, built with bank-grade security. Collie's agents run on a box inside your office and ask a person before they act. HeyDocs keeps every record provable for years. HeyInvoice trades over Singapore's InvoiceNow network.
