HeySheep is an independent Singapore software company. We are not an IMDA pre-approved vendor and not part of Enterprise Singapore: projects with us use the route for other vendors. Enterprise Singapore, a Singapore Government agency, decides every grant; its logo on this page only shows which steps are theirs.

FAQ
Grant questions, answered.
What is the EDGE Grant for Integrated ERP?
It is Enterprise Singapore support for adopting one ERP platform that joins at least three core business functions, such as finance, sales and CRM, inventory or HR. Eligible SMEs can get up to 50% of qualifying costs (up to S$30,000); non-SMEs up to 30% (up to S$18,000).
We don't have an ERP. Is this grant for us?
Yes — you don't need an ERP today. ERP is simply the official name for one system that runs your sales, stock, finance or people together. Many companies apply to move off spreadsheets, WhatsApp orders and separate apps. The eligibility rules are about your company, not the software you use now.
Who approves the grant and issues the Letter of Offer?
Enterprise Singapore, a Singapore Government agency. You apply on the Business Grants Portal; Enterprise Singapore evaluates the application, issues the Letter of Offer if it approves, approves your claim and pays the grant. HeySheep doesn't decide or influence approval.
PSG and EDG have closed. What replaces them?
The EDGE Grant. The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), MRA and the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) ceased on 29 September 2026, and Enterprise Singapore streamlined them into the EDGE Grant from 30 September 2026. For one system that joins three or more business functions, the activity is Integrated ERP. Single-function solutions are listed on IMDA's SMEs Go Digital platform. Applications made before the change continue under the old rules.
Is HeySheep a pre-approved vendor?
No. HeySheep is not on IMDA's pre-approved list. Enterprise Singapore lets companies engage other vendors when the functions they need aren't available in the pre-approved packages. That route takes about 10 weeks to evaluate instead of about one, and we help you document why a tailored solution is needed.
Can HeySheep apply for the grant for us?
No — and no vendor should. Your company applies on the Business Grants Portal with its own Corppass. We help you scope the project, prepare the quotation and the information the form asks for, and answer clarifications with you.
When does HeySheep start the project?
Only after you receive and accept your Letter of Offer. The rules forbid starting work or paying a deposit before you apply; we wait for the offer, so you never carry the risk of building before approval.
What if our application is not approved?
Then we don't start, and you are not committed to the project. We'll tell you if another route — such as a pre-approved package or a different grant activity — fits better.
What can our ERP include?
At least three of these functions on one platform: financial management, sales and CRM, supply chain and inventory, human resources, project management, manufacturing, field service, asset management and fleet management. We combine our products (HeyInvoice for InvoiceNow, HeyDocs, HeyShop, HeyPOS, Collie), proven tools and custom modules — decided after we understand your requirements.
Which costs does the grant support?
Software costs, capped at 12 months, on an activity cost cap of S$60,000. GST and maintenance are not supported. Enterprise Singapore decides the qualifying amount in your Letter of Offer.
How long does the whole process take?
Planning and the quotation take about 2–4 weeks; evaluation takes about 10 weeks for vendors outside the pre-approved list. The project must be completed within 18 months of approval, and the grant is paid after one final claim — about 14 working days after the claim is approved, by PayNow.
Is the grant paid upfront?
No. It is a reimbursement: your company pays the project in full, submits one claim with the invoices, proof of payment and a photo of the live software showing its unique identifier, then receives the grant.
