InvoiceNow-ready, from sale to IRAS.
HeyInvoice is the family's compliance hub. Whatever starts the sale — a HeyShop order, a PO Collie drafts, an invoice you raise — it leaves as a Peppol e-invoice that IRAS can receive.
IMDA runs InvoiceNow on Peppol. HeyInvoice sends through SESAMi, an IMDA-accredited Access Point; our own IRSP accreditation is in progress.
InvoiceNow is Singapore's e-invoicing network: invoices go system to system — no PDFs, no re-typing.
IRAS is phasing in GST InvoiceNow for GST-registered businesses, from November 2025 to 2031.

What is the HeySheep ecosystem?
Collie, our AI for every department, sits at the centre. Around it is the Hey family: HeyDocs for records, HeyInvoice for InvoiceNow e-invoicing and HeyShop for online stores. Each works on its own; connected, they pass work to each other — and a person approves what matters.
Do I need all four products?
No. Each product works on its own and with the systems you already run. Start with the one that removes the most manual work; the others connect when you're ready.
How does the ecosystem help with IRAS InvoiceNow?
HeyInvoice is the compliance hub. It sends and receives e-invoices over InvoiceNow through SESAMi, an IMDA-accredited Access Point, and with GST InvoiceNow submission switched on, invoice data reaches IRAS with each invoice. HeyShop orders feed it through its API; filing into HeyDocs is on the roadmap.
Why is the AI called Collie?
Every flock needs a collie. HeySheep makes the Hey family; Collie is the sheepdog that herds the work between them.
What do Live, Via API, In progress and Roadmap mean?
Live: built in and working today. Via API: works today through a live public API, and our engineers connect it for you. In progress: one side is live and the other is being built. Roadmap: planned, not yet built.
