Privacy notice

HeySheep Technologies Pte Ltd ("HeySheep", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data you give us through heysheep.sg, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you use our contact or job application forms we collect your name, email address, company, phone number (if given), any link you share and your message. We also record the page you submitted from and campaign tags in the link you followed.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry or application and send you a confirmation.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, in aggregate.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud (Firebase) and emailed to our team mailbox. Access is limited to HeySheep staff who handle enquiries and hiring, including our R&D team in Vietnam where needed to answer you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact; job applications for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@heysheep.sg with the subject "Data protection". We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site works without tracking cookies. If we add analytics, it will only run after you agree.
