The client
HeyInvoice is HeySheep's own product, built for Singapore SMEs and accounting firms preparing for IRAS's InvoiceNow requirement.
The challenge
Businesses need to send and receive e-invoices over Peppol, but most don't want to replace the accounting or ERP systems they already run.
What we built
- A multi-tenant portal for SMEs and accounting partners with a guided 3-step onboarding
- Company details auto-filled from ACRA by UEN, plus Peppol ID registration
- A document engine for invoices, credit notes and purchase orders in Peppol format, delivered via an accredited access point
- IRAS submission, a developer API and role-based access with organisation-level isolation
